Lonny is a part owner of Fastco and manages the day to day operations. He has been on the team since 1981 and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure our customers and employees are taken care of! When not wearing one of his Fastco hats, he enjoys golf, basketball, salmon fishing and being a member of his Vespa gang, which tours the Pacific Northwest every summer in search of the perfect dive bar!
Lonny’s favorite movie is “ One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. Perhaps that is where he fostered his management skills. He also recently began a second career refereeing basketball, most likely try to pay retribution for all the “ are you blind” comments he made over the years!
Jim began his employment at Fastco in 1968, fresh out of the United States Air Force. Nixon was just elected President, a Big Mac was 49 cents and Jim had a full head of hair (sorry Jim). Jim has always been able and willing to do anything at Fastco that needs to be done. From running our warehouse, maintaining our trucks, or fixing our computers, Jim will always find a way to get it done!
Jim is the vacation king at Fastco and has traveled to many fun and tropical destinations with his wife and their hiking boots. When not traveling you will find them at the local movie theater almost every week.
Paul is our outside sales person and has been representing Fastco very well for over 10 years, but has been in the industry for over 35. Paul has a huge network of customers and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure their fastener needs are met and they are 100% happy.
Paul is an avid cyclist and has participated in the Courage Classic riding over 3 mountain passes and the RAMROD which is Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day. Paul also Sings in the PLU Choral Union and enjoys a nice glass of Cabernet on occasion.
Rick is one of our key inside people. He takes phone orders, does purchasing and leads our material certification program, which is a vital part of our structural fastener business.
Rick served as an outside guy at Fastco from 2001 to 2008, so he knows our customers and our operation from all sides. Rick also wears the IT hat at Fastco, which is a never ending job keeping all of our hardware and software working smoothly.
When not at his day job, Rick moonlights as a part time D. J. rocking weddings and parties all across Washington State. Camping is Rick’s recreation of choice all around the Pacific Northwest.

Dave is an avid Seahawk fan and season ticket holder. He also enjoys more rounds of golf than the rest of the Fastco crew combined. We are lucky to have Dave and his incredible attitude on our team!

You know when Austin is around because you can hear him singing in the warehouse or talking about one of his many hobbies including: baseball, hockey, mountain biking, skiing, weightlifting, cooking, or music. Austin has been with Fastco since April of 2017 and we’re proud to call him one of our own.
Jose Ruiz-Torres - Order Fulfillment and Deliveries
Key Roles: Order fulfillment, shop tech and deliveries.
Jose is a great addition to Fastco. Easy, likeable, and lumbering are a couple great adjectives for Jose. He started at Fastco in June of 2021 and has been a great asset to our crew ever since.
Max has been with Fastco since December of 2017. Max had a 5-year foray in the wine industry before he decided to put a cork in it and learn the fastener trade. His favorite part about working at Fastco is that he gets to work with crew of guys he enjoys being around and spend more time with his dad. Most kids grow up and move out of the house and see their parents only every few months. Max gets to see his dad at least five times a week and for him that’s a major bonus.
