Metric Washer Style Options

  • Metric Flat Washers M2 through M36 in plain steel, zinc, 18-8 stainless, and 316 stainless. DIN 125A HV200 zinc flat washers stocked in M6 through M16. Black paint finish available on select stainless sizes.
  • Hard Round Washers: HV200 and HV300 hardness-rated washers from M6 through M42 in plain and zinc, with yellow zinc available in M20. Used for high-load bolted connections requiring a hardened bearing surface.
  • Fender Washers: Large OD washers for load distribution across soft materials or oversized holes. Stocked in M8 x 24mm OD stainless, M10 x 30 zinc, M10 x 30 316 stainless, and M10 HV140 zinc.
  • Split Lock and Spring Washers: M14 split lock washer in stainless for vibration-resistant assemblies. M10 rib spring washer for controlled pre-load applications.

Materials and Finishes
